We are a design-led apparel company with over 20 years of experience, Kimo Clothing Design Concept Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacturing of high-quality garments. Our fully equipped production facility is located in Noida (Uttar Pradesh).

CORPORATE AND FACTORY PROCESS

End-to-end workflow from design development to production execution.

DESIGN / SAMPLING

We have approx 60 employees strength for designing and sampling in different category.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the design is approved, respective merchant gathers all the information in style file and provide it to factory management.

STORAGE / LABORATORY

Our factory has allocated 8000 sq. feet of areas for storing raw materials and pack goods. We have in house lab facility with all modern machines.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Dress, Tunics, Blouses, Tops, Kimonos, Skirts, T-shirts and Night wears are specialty of Kimo.

CAPACITY PLANNING

Factory starts processing the styles with R&D for better productivity and quality enhancement even before the bulk production start.

CUTTING / SEWING

Factory has approx 400 sewing machines, 8 sewing lines with and 700 dedicated employees to work.

Our dedicated design and sampling team develops innovative styles across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with the latest trends and client requirements.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the design is approved, our merchandising team compiles all necessary details into a comprehensive style file and coordinates seamlessly with factory management for execution.

STORAGE / LABORATORY

Our production facility includes 45000 sq. ft. of dedicated space for raw material and finished goods storage. We also have an in-house laboratory equipped with modern machinery for quality testing and assurance.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We specialise in a wide range of garments, including dresses, tunics, blouses, tops, kimonos, skirts, T-shirts, and nightwear for women and children.
