Cutting

The factory has a daily cutting capacity of 5,000 pieces, supported by modern equipment such as straight knife machines, band knife machines, fusing machines, and CAD/CAM systems.

The cutting department comprises approximately 50 skilled personnel, including five dedicated pattern masters, three cutting masters, fifteen laymen, ten helpers, and ten staff responsible for bundling and numbering.
