Kimo Clothing follows a stringent 4-point fabric inspection system. Every fabric lot is tested in the in-house laboratory for key parameters such as colour fastness, dimensional stability, slippage, and strength before being approved for storage. All trims are also thoroughly inspected to ensure compliance with quality standards.
During the sewing process, each production line is equipped with inline critical checkpoints for monitoring key operations. Finished garments undergo end-line inspection, followed by 100% inspection across sewing and finishing stages. Additionally, a dedicated random audit station is established to verify product quality before proceeding to the next stage.

Kimo adopts advanced quality management tools such as Pareto Analysis and Fishbone (Cause-and-Effect) Analysis to drive continuous improvement.
